Spend some ‘Me’ time in my lush off grid smallholding based studio in the rolling hills around Exeter, Devon.

These courses are designed for beginners to intermediates, set in small groups of up to 4 students only, gives you lots of space to work and plenty of one to one attention. You can learn traditional leaded light’s, copper foiling (Tiffany style) kiln fired painting on glass and mosaics. I provide all the tools in my well equipped studio and you provide the materials. Get to know some new folk and make a better connection with your creative side.

Here is just one of my 5 start reviews….. Give yourself a treat and help an endangered skill. I had the opportunity to take Nina’s course on Saturday as a 60th Birthday surprise and it was a brilliant way to celebrate.The atmosphere is relaxed and yet structured and you have the chance to get away in a beautiful off grid property. I would highly recommend you give yourself the opportunity to learn how to create beautiful artwork. If my work load wasn’t so manic, I would take her 12 week course. Thank you so much, Nina. Did a small repair yesterday on an unusual 1900’s stained glass panel. 2 panels of glass were broken within the window, so I took templates of the shapes onto the new bits of glass that were matched to the same glass. Which I had recoved from a previous restoration. then carefully cut the broken glass out and splayed the lead out, ready to recieve the new glass. Cut the new glass shapes out, ground them to slot in, splayed the lead back in and cemented them in place with specialist leaded light cement. Making it all water proof again and looking good as old/new!
